Free tuition, instruments on loan, and a tradition stretching back to 1946. All you need is the willingness to show up on a Wednesday.
Why This Band
A legacy worth joining.
1946
Founded by veterans.
Four 30th Battalion veterans started something in a railway hall in Hurstville that would outlast them by decades. You inherit that lineage the moment you pick up the pipes.
80+
A legacy community band.
Be a part of a legacy community pipe band — one that has played for every occasion that matters in the St George and Sutherland Shire for nine decades.
Brigadoon
Bundanoon every year.
The Brigadoon Highland Gathering is Australia’s premier highland games and a fixture in the band’s calendar. MacGregor tartan in the Southern Highlands.
